  "Memories" will be a compilation of stories shared with the author by his father, his father-in-law, and his father-in-law's brother as well as some of his own stories. These stories will range from growing up in the twenties and thirties to some in the present day. Little Rascal type antics, survival early in the family life, hunting and fishing experiences out of the normal, vacation episodes, and on.

  "Solitude" is a book of a more serious nature. It is written as a fiction story that is based primarily on a true in life happening. This is a story of a family's dealing with senior abuse (sometimes called Elder abuse) and how it set the stage for turmoil, disruption, lost relationships, and more. Even though this is from a true event there is enough speculation written in that it will be a fiction read...but one I hope that will open your eyes! I have decided in order to protect the feelings of the family involved that I would write this as a murder/mystery to add a bit of intrigue.        "Grandpa Tell Us A Story and other Short Stories" is my second book of short stories, this one contain 14 in all. There are 8 stories in the Grandpa series - these involve grandkids asking their grandpa a question and then he answers it with a story. Following this series are 6 individual shorts - 4 being excerpts from 3 of my other books. These 6 stories contain the following:                                                "On The Ridge" (excerpt),            "A New Beginning" (excerpt),             "The Homestead" (excerpt),       "Hunting A Spooked Tom",            "A Walk In The Snow" (excerpt),    &      "His First Love". All 14 of these stories are written as fiction but most are based on real life events. This book is out in eBook as well as both paperback and hardback.
